Data deletion
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at tikkatheory@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include your name, the email address used when ordering, and your order number if you have it.
We will process your request and send a confirmation within 7 business days.
What we delete
Upon a verified deletion request we will remove:
- Your name, email address, and phone number from our order records.
- Your delivery address.
- Any cached Instagram data associated with your account.
What we retain
We may retain certain records as required to comply with applicable legal and financial obligations (for example, transaction totals for accounting purposes). Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for marketing.
Instagram data
If you connected your Instagram account to our website and want to stop us from accessing your data, you can revoke permissions directly in Instagram:
- Go to your Instagram account settings.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security › Apps and Websites.
- Find Tikka Theory in your authorized apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all permissions.
This immediately stops us from accessing any of your Instagram data. Any cached Instagram content is purged — we do not store Instagram data permanently (it is cached temporarily for performance and expires automatically).
